Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or choose not to use your health insurance benefits, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your healthcare services.

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide an estimate of the expected charges for non-emergency healthcare services before treatment begins.

Your Good Faith Estimate will include the anticipated cost of your therapy services and any reasonably expected related expenses. You should receive this estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service. You may also request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling an appointment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the amount listed on your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

We encourage you to keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
