A Note from Marylin
Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and understood.
I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences, understand ourselves more deeply, and recognize the strengths we already carry. Together, we’ll work toward navigating challenges, building new tools, and creating a path forward that feels authentic to you.
You do not have to navigate life’s difficult seasons alone, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth.
